3 Simple High Quality Banner Printing Tips in Singapore

If you’re looking for a way to advertise without having to put too much effort into it, then the banner is one of the best tools that you can choose. A banner printing in Singapore is easy in execution, however, you have to be meticulous in the designing and printing process. In order to be able to print optimally, you have to be able to design it well. Many people dismiss the importance of thorough planning in design and pay more attention to choosing the best material for banner printing while it actually can only be good if the design of the banner is effective and attractive enough. It doesn’t matter how expensive your material is. It won’t be good if it has a low-quality design that will affect the printing step negatively. Here are the important things that you need to take into consideration the production of your banner:

1. Colors

There are many things that you need to pay attention to when it comes to the color of your banner. First and foremost, the color that you choose must be attractive. It is best that you can limit yourself to a few colors only, and make sure that they are of the same color palette that works well with each other. Preferably, choose colors that are vibrant. But, this can be tricky. Colors that are too bright perhaps won’t show well under a lot of light, especially during the day. If a banner can not be read easily by the people who pass it by, it can’t deliver the message effectively. Avoid choosing colors that are difficult to see under low lights as well, especially during nighttime Try to find one that can be displayed well under bright lights as well as minimum light.

Then, consider the color processing as well. Since the printer for banner printing will be using inks that combine CMYK colors, you have to also design in CMYK instead of RGB. Or, if you already design in RGB, make sure to convert them into CMYK. This is to ensure the accuracy of the colors produced in the banner printing process.

2. Layout

Try not to spread the content of the banner too much. It is better to keep everything closer to the middle. If the content of your banner gets too close to the edges of the banner, it might get cut off as it gets printed. Keeping everything away from the edges of the banner frame is also better for the readers because they won’t have to strain their eyes too much. Since a banner has a large size, it can get become quite of a hassle to read from one side to another. If everything can be closer to each other, it will be easier to read. However, make sure that it does not look stuffy or too crowded. To avoid this, try to deliver the content of your banner in simple sentences that is concise and quick to understand.

3.Work in 300 dpi

Remember to keep everything in high resolution, especially for all the images or graphics used in the design of the banner so that everything will look sharp and crisp upon printing instead of getting stretched from having low quality.
